Mindfulness is a natural capacity we can all nurture and develop at any stage of our lives that can help us live with greater ease and balance. Our two-hour experiential sessions provide an introduction to the practice of mindfulness, including:

– some background to the amazing human mind and how it can sometimes make things tricky for us;

– what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t…);

– how mindfulness practice can help us by growing awareness, balance, compassion and joy;

– an experiential understanding through participation in guided mindfulness practices that can be used to support wellbeing;

– pointers to further resources for those wishing to learn more.
